About William H. Yarborough, Jr.

Will is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, and attended Clemson University. Will was a member of the United States Army Reserve, where he served both enlisted time and as an officer upon his graduation from Clemson’s Reserve Officer Training Corps.

Will attended the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a peer mentor and the Senior Research Editor for the South Carolina Law Review. While in law school, Will authored Carnival Cruise Ships in South Carolina: Nuisance and Cruise Control, 66 S.C. L. Rev 889 (2015) and was inducted into the Order of the Wig and Robe.

Upon graduation from law school, Will joined a recognized defense firm where he focused his practice on defending local and national transportation companies, bars, retailers, medical providers, and insurance companies. Will handled hundreds of cases from their initiation through resolution. He now applies this experience to help people who have been injured by the negligence of another.

Will is married to the former Elizabeth Cardell of Charlottesville, Virginia. When he isn’t practicing law, Will enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughters, Emma Hall and Lillian, and their dog, Finley. He also enjoys being at the beach and supporting Clemson athletics.
