I don’t know anyone who would choose to be in a car accident but unfortunately I have been in quite a few. This will be the first time I have ever left a review in regards to one of these unfortunate events, but I think it’s important to make informed decisions and I’m known to be honest and direct. I had many questions and he took the time to address everyone of them and not once did I feel rushed or that my questions were insignificant. At the end of 2020, New Years Eve, I was hit by a hit and run drunk driver. I called Cavanaugh and Thickens and to make a long story short, Joe went after every dollar available to my children and I. He did this with professionalism, empathy, patience, kindness, thoroughness and integrity. I value my experience with this law firm and wouldn’t think to use anyone else, God forbid I should ever be in another accident.
